PROEL is particularly committed to Research & Development in terms of product innovation (increasing product ranges and optimizing product performances) and process innovation (new technologies and new testing techniques).
R&D activities are generally carried out in two facilities, one in Italy and one in Great Britain, both provided with state-of-the-art data collection, measurement and monitoring equipment. Thanks to the co-operation with technological partners and universities, PROEL is also able to pursue its intensive development activity outside its corporate premises, thus acquiring proprietary technological know-how. Its highly-focused R&D projects allow the company to optimize production cycles and develop new solutions.
Design Engineering is considered by the company as a strategic part of its R&D policy. A team of skilled engineers and technicians is responsible for planning, design and development, as well as for modelling (fluidodynamic, structural, technical and kinematic analysis) and implementing product mock-ups.
